Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases and a full refund will be given for items returned within that time.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can offer a partial refund or exchange.

If 30 days have passed but within 6 months of ownership of product, we offer a replacement in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To be eligible for a full refund in the event that you have changed your mind and no longer want the product, you must return it within 30 days of purchase, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To be eligible for a return and refund in the unlikely event that the product is faulty, we need you to return it as it is, within 30 days of purchase, with a full description of the fault and defect, as these are cosmetic products it will not necessarily be visable to us upon receipt of returned product. We will then assess and test the returned item against the control product made with that particular batch of product, and if we find the fault lies with the batch, we will refund you in full plus cost of postage and recall that batch from the market. We are proud to assure our clients that in over 20yrs of manufacture, under strict GMP conditions, that no such return has ever been logged or batch of products recalled from market.

Please note that Gift Card/vouchers are exempt from being returned.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

*There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or only a replacement is offered:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and is returned to us within 30 days will be given a partial refund;
  • Any item returned to us after 30 days but within 6 months of the date you took ownership of the products, will be replaced not refunded, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you are approved, please return your items, properly packaged in bubble wrap/packing paper inside a cardboard box, to:

Once the return is received, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days in line with the Consumer Rights Act 20215.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is found to be faulty in which case the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
